Reverend Linda S. Carter has been actively engaged in transformative ministry since she accepted her call in 1998. Licensed to preach in 2001 and ordained by the American Baptist Churches of the USA in 2004, she is continuing to create opportunities for believers and seekers to have access to the Word of God.
A native of East St. Louis, IL, Rev. Carter earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and her Master of Divinity from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. As an endorsed Chaplain and a bi-vocational minister, she was employed as a professional Hospice Chaplain, and held positions within the local church as a Youth Pastor, Women’s Ministry Pastor, Christian Education Director, Associate Pastor and Assistant Pastor.
With a continuing agenda to serve as a vessel for God to transform lives through the profoundness of His Word, Rev. Carter uses a charismatic and candid approach to connect with audiences at workshops, seminars, and conferences. She also continues to minister as a guest preacher in worship services. Rev. Carter’s current projects include her first book release entitled The Small Fine Print: God’s Plan for Your Vision. She also released the workbook and study to her book in February 2022.
Rev. Carter currently resides in North Carolina with her husband Ron and is working on her second book project slated for release in 2022.
